In May of 2025, Russ and his wife Courtney opened the first Brown Brothers BBQ walk-in location in Canastota, giving customers a convenient new way to enjoy their favorite BBQ. While the food truck and catering remain core to the business, the Canastota location offers a home base for Brown Brothers BBQ and even more ways to serve the community.
